Hi, I’m Sophie, a dedicated physiotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting people through cancer, lymphoedema, and palliative care. I believe that everyone deserves compassionate, empowering treatment that helps them feel stronger and more in control of their health.
My journey began at the University of Huddersfield in the UK, and since moving to Australia in 2011, I’ve worked across private practices and hospital settings. I’ve developed a deep, versatile skillset, staying connected to the latest research through workshops, conferences, and special interest groups.
My passion is to help people not just manage their condition, but truly thrive even in the face of complex diagnoses. Every person deserves care that’s both clinically informed and deeply supportive, and that’s what I aim to provide.
When I’m not working, I’m a mum to two little girls, finding balance through exercise, mindfulness, and, when I get a quiet moment, reorganising a cupboard or two.
If you’d like to know more or want to chat before booking an appointment, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to connect however suits you best - call, text, or email.
